Submit Your Order: Unsure about what testing to select? Our Customer Service team can provide suggestions to ensure you receive the most accurate and efficient results based on your needs.
Collect and Package Samples: Test samples are collected by each customer/NQAC team as per the sampling plan and procedure defined for each product and are packed in appropriate containers and in proper conditions. The test samples are sent in a parcel or transport box via courier companies or collected by NQAC team in refrigerated vehicles. The Customers who are on SAP create Inspection Lot with corresponding Physical Sample Number and Material Number which available in Workload Planning Report (WPR) and these are then emailed to NQAC.

Ship and Submit Samples: Ship samples to NQAC Dubai at the below address.
Samples are received Sunday-Saturday from 7:00 a.m.- 15:00 p.m. UAE. Samples received prior to 1:00 p.m. are processed the same day. If prior notification is give then critical samples will be prioritized.
